Sarah Joy Deckro

Sarah Deckro is a writer and visual artist with a passion for stories. She received a bachelor’s degree in history from Connecticut College and has studied storytelling in a variety of venues. Sarah has eleven years of experience as a preschool teacher and lives in Boston, MA.

Sarah’s photography and visual art have appeared in Pidgeonholes, The Esthetic Apostle, Camas Magazine, Arkana Magazine, Waxwing, The Bookends Review, Fearsome Critters, Alchemy Literary Magazine, Coffin Bell Journal, Lily Poetry Review, The Scriblerus and the anthology “Take a Stand: Art Against Hate.”
